摘要
采用多因素试验方法,对YT15硬质合金不重磨式车刀切削T10A钢的刀具寿命(耐用度)进行了研究,建立了刀具寿命的数学模型,从而实现了切削数据的计算机处理。
The testing research on the life of the cutting steel tool T10A of cabide tipped YT15 is dealth with here, and the new methods of selecting the cutting parameters in the experiment have been pro- posed. The adoptation of the methods of selecting the parameter units may reduce the cutting time, save the cut material and the T-V T-B curves conform to the laws completely.
