摘要
对某型号轨道车车架所受外力进行了分析,建立了该车架离散为板梁组合结构的有限元模型。应用GTSTRUDL大型通用结构分析程序计算出车架的应力和位移场分布,从强度和刚度观点对车架的性能进行了分析讨论,为进一步改进设计提供了理论依据。
The loads acting on the frame of railway vehicle are analysed and the finite element model of the frame is established by using spatial plate and beam elements. The frames stress and displacement distributions are calculated with the GTSTRUDL program. At last, a thorough analysis and discussion about the frames characteristics of strength and stiffness is set up. The research work provided a theory basis for the factory to improve the frames structure.
