摘要
通过对比的方式,研究了以同一种合金由离心铸造与静力金属型铸造所生产的两种白口铁的组织与性能。研究发现,离心铸造白口铁的碳化物呈板块状,基体组织为等轴晶,且屈氏体进一步细化;离心铸造白口铁的韧性与硬度均高于静力金属型铸造白口铁,其中韧性有显著提高。
The structure and properties of the two kinds of white cast iron produced with the centrifugal casting and static metal mould casting respectively are discussed here. The morphology of carbide of the white cast iron in centrifugal casting is plate-block shaped, pre-eutectic austenite structure becomes equiax crystal and the troostile is further refined, in which its toughness and hardness are higher than that with static metal mould casting, ones especially the toughness
