在电力改革带来的竞争日趋激烈的大环境下,吴泾第二发电有限责任公司把引进国外先进的企业资产管理理念及企业信息化当作提高企业的管理水平和提高企业核心竞争力的重要手段,用来帮助企业实现战略目标。从2001年起,引进了EAM(企业资产管理)软件IFS(IndustrialandFinancialSystems),至今已配置并投运了设备台账、工单、库存、文档、采购、预防性维修、运行、个人门户、计划、合同、人力资源、安全、可靠性等管理模块。实现了企业对人、财、物的管理基本上在IFS平台上运转。IFS对提高企业现代化管理水平起到了积极的推动作用。

Under the pressure of competition brought about by the power market reform, the leaders of Shanghai Wujing No.2 Power Genernation Co., Ltd. have always attached importance to the cyber system application which is regarded as one of the most important measures used to enhance the management level and the core competitiveness of the enterprise. From the year 2001 our company has imported IFS(Industrial and Financial Systems) of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) which is one of the most famous and competitive enterprise asset manasement system softwares in the world. Till now, we have put into use 12 modules including equipment register, work permit, preventive and corrective maintenance, inventory, purchase, operation management, document management, enterprise personal portal, planning management, contract management, human resources management, security management and reliability management and etc. Now the human resources, finance and material management of the enterprise are basically all operated on the desktop of IFS which has played an active part in the enhancement of the modern management level of the enterprise.
