摘要 确保电网安全可靠运行是一个庞大的系统工程,电网调度自动化系统是保证电网安全、经济运行的重要手段。探讨了变电站自动化系统(SAS)模式与结构配置的优化及SAS技术性能的安全优化问题;讨论了能量管理系统(EMS)本身安全性对电网安全的关键作用,提出了强化SCADA系统安全功能、提高AGC安全控制性能及充分发挥高级应用软件(PAS)功能的具体建议。对DTS仿真培训系统的模式、结构与仿真深度进行了探讨。 The task of ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the electric power system can be looked upon as a huge system engineering with the dispatch automation system being an important measure to secure the safe and economic operation of the electric power network.The optimization of the mode and structure configuration of the Substation Automation System (SAS) and the security optimization problem of the technical performance of the SAS were discussed.The key role played by the Energy Management System(EMS)’s own safety condition in the task of guaranteeing the network safety was illustrated,suggesting at the same time that the security function of the SCADA system should be strengthened, the safety control behaviour of the AGC should be raised and the function of the advanced application software(PAS) should be made use of to the full extent.The mode,structure and the simulation depth of the DTS simulation education and training system were also discussed.
