武汉市龙王庙堤防是著名的历史险工段。为了验证整治方案的可行性及其效果,以及方案实施前后汉江河口段河势、流速、流态、水位、通航条件及河床冲淤变化等,为工程设计决策提供可靠的科学依据,而进行了河工模型试验研究工作。

Longwanmiao has been a major dangerous section of flood control in Wuhan over years. In order to verify reliability and effect, we have conducted river model tests. The change of the flow, velocity, level, the river regime, the channel change of scour and sedimentation provide the scientific groundwork for the scheme choice and decision-making of the project.
