摘要
基于三峡至常州直流输电工程换流站控制保护性能分析 ,全面概述了直流输电控制保护的基本策略、功能/性能要求及其发展 ,提出我国自行成套设计直流输电工程控制保护系统应密切跟踪电子技术发展 ,进一步发展远方控制和直流控制保护系统在电网安全稳定中的作用。
The control and protection(C&P) system of DC converter station is one of the key techniques in HVDC project. The situation and development of DC C&P system is very important for HVDC technique utilization. This paper expounds the control strategy and the steady, dynamic and transient performances for both of typical DC C&P and DC C&P in Three Gorges to Changzhou project, according to the project specification and the FST. This paper describes the main configuration and features of updating C&P system of DC converter station. The service conditions of control strategy and system configuration of Three Gorges to Changzhou DC Project are analyzed. Finally, some proposals for design the complete set of DC C&P system are given: to follow closely up the development of electron technology; it is more important to develop the remote control and to utilize the DC C&P to make the power grid more safe and stable.
