摘要 大型LED(发光二极管)显示屏可靠性主要依赖于显示单元的可靠性,而屏体环境参数的监控是解决其可靠性和可维护性的重要保证。本文面向沿海城市高温、高湿和腐蚀性环境,设计了大型LED显示屏风冷散热执行机构和屏体环境参数监控系统,有效地保证了LED显示屏的使用可靠性。 The reliability of large LED(light-emitting diode) dot matrix screen relies mainly no the reliability of display unit. Furthermore, the monitor system of the screen body environment parameters is the key guarantee for its reliability and maintainability. The paper presents a wind-cooling execute mechanism and a monitor system of the large LED dot matrix screen body environment parameters for the environment of high temperature, high humanity and high causticity in the coast cities, and ensures the reliability of LED screen in use.
