基于ABC管理法的分层限电多级响应日负荷序位管理研究

借鉴ABC现代管理方法 ,提出分层限电多级响应日负荷序位管理的思路 ,并对该方法的实施过程给予例证 ,特别针对我国新的电力体制改革初期 ,市场机制不够完善 ,而且今后几年内电力供应缺口较大的情况 ,分析讨论了保障电力工业短期和长期供求均衡的 4级限电响应政策措施 ,研究的结果也表明了科学有序的负荷管理不仅可以做到发、供、用电的短期和长期平衡 。

The paper presents the idea of the ayl-load tagmeme management of layered limited using electricity and multilevel response based on ABC management method, and validate this method by some example. In the power industry reform initial state,market mechanism has not be perfect.Electricity is in very short supply gap in recent years. It is necessary to strengthen planned management of electric energy, in order to maintain the balance among generation, supply, and using, so as to have limited electric energy gain the most social and economic benefits. In addition, the paper discusses some policy and measures that insure the long and short electric supply and demand.
