摘要
泡桐罹丛枝病之后,病株、病株的健枝、健株的叶片和皮部过氧化物酶同工酶(PO 同工酶)之间产生差异。罹病植株上健康叶片的 PO 同工酶的电泳带数有所增加,活性增强;病叶 PO同工酶活性较低;枝条皮部 PO 同工酶活性较叶片低;随季节的不同 PO 酶活性不同。
After Paulownia infected by witches broom,difference of peroxidase— isozyme in both leaf and cortex occured among diseased trees,healthy branches of in- flected trees and healthy trees.The number of peroxidase-isozyme stripes in the healthy branches of infected trees rose a bit,and activity of the peroxidase increased. There was low activity of isozyme in infected leaves,and activity of peroxidase in branch cortex was lowerthan that in leaves.The activity of peroxidase changed from season to season.
