循环流化床焚烧固体废弃物床内结焦特性研究

摘要 对循环流化床燃烧过程床内结焦机理分析的基础上,针对某台45t/h循环流化床固体废弃物焚烧炉运行初期出现的床内结焦,应用煤结焦判据分析了混合燃料的结焦倾向性,讨论了焚烧炉床内结焦的形成特性,分析了造成床内结焦的主要原因,提出了消除结焦的技术措施。 Based on the analysis of the bed clinkering mechanism during the CFB combustion process and aiming at the bed clinkering occurred in the early operation period of the solid waste incinerator of a 45 t/h CFB, the clinkering tendency of the mixed fuel was analyzed using the coal clinkering criteria. The forming characteristic of bed clinkering in the incinerator was discussed and the main reason causing the bed clinkering was analyzed. The technical measures for elimination were put forward.
