摘要
针对交错并联结构的双管正激变换器工作特点,分析了不同占空比下变换器的两种工作模式及变压器磁复位过程,结果表明磁复位过程中的谐振现象不增加功率开关的电压应力。采用平均电路法建立了系统的小信号模型,给出了输出电压闭环控制的补偿函数及参数设计方法。通过原理样机的实验分析,说明交错并联结构的双管正激变换器工作方式为准方波形式,可以用常规的恒频PWM控制,对简化控制策略有重要指导意义。实验结果与理论分析一致,证明了分析方法和系统参数的正确性。
Based on the operating principle of interleaving double-transistor forward converter, this paper analyzes two operation modes of converter and the reset of transformer magnetizing in different duties. The analysis reveals that the resonance in the reset processing magnetizing will not cause the increase of voltage stress in switching. The small-signal model is set up with average circuit method. The compensator and its parameters of output-voltage-feedback control are analyzed carefully and presented. The experiments of the prototype show that the operation mode of interleaving double-transistor forward converter is quasi-square-waves. Therefore, the conventional constant-frequency PWM control can be applied here and the conclusion is important for simplifying the control strategy. The experiment results coincide with the theoretical analysis and the validity of analysis approach is proved.
