摘要
分析了四角切圆燃烧煤粉锅炉变工况运行时对实际切圆大小的要求及其变化规律。在此基础上,提出采用基于弹簧偏转挡板的气力式负荷自适应燃烧器代替现有固定结构燃烧器,以在变工况运行时自动调节炉内实际切圆的大小,从而使燃烧处于最佳工况。文中详细介绍了这种新型燃烧器的结构、工作原理及冷态实验结果。试验表明:这种新型燃烧器对出口射流的偏转角度具有良好的调节性能。
The change law and objective requirements of the actual combustion circle diameter for tangentially pulverized-coal fired boilers are reviewed and thereby, a self-adapting burner with a spring-deflecting-plate, which is installed near exit of the burner, is put forward. With the plate, the deflecting angle of the burner's jet can automatically follow the variation of boilers' loads or air velocity within the burner and the actual combustion circle diameter will automatically change to optimize the combustion accordingly. The structure, working principle and cold-state experimental results of the spring-deflecting-plate based burner are introduced in detail. It reveals that this new self-adapting burner has a very good performance to automatically regulate the defecting angle of the plate and the burner's jet.
