Determination of cobalt (Ⅲ) content in cobalt hydroxide

摘要 研究并提供了用间接碘量法测定氢氧化钴中Co3+占总钴元素含量的具体实验方法。实验发现:样品溶解步骤是整个分析过程中的关键,样品溶解时的酸度、酸的用量以及实验温度等对分析结果有较大的影响。该方法所用试剂简单,操作简便,准确度高,结果可靠。标准偏差≤0.41% (n=8,即重复测量8次),相对标准偏差≤0.49%(n=8)。 The specific application of iodometry to measure the content of cobalt(Ⅲ) in cobalt hydroxide was studied. The results showed that dissolution of the samples was the key step. The other factors such as pH value, the volume of the acid and temperature influence the results to a certain extent. The method was proved to be simple, accurate and reliable. The standard deviation was less than 0.41% (n=8) and the relative standard deviation was under 0.49%(n=8).
