摘要
本文引入混凝土流动度的概念,视混凝土浇筑过程中的模板侧压力为动态过程,提出了计算侧压力的新方法,分析了混凝土均匀连续浇筑和分层铺筑两种情况下的侧压力分析,建议了两种情况下的模板侧压力设计曲线。本文的方法,具有计算参数少,概念清楚,量纲正确,适用性广等优点,可供模板设计和施工控制参考使用。
Introducing the concept of concrete fluidity, the pressures acting on the form will be regarded as a dynamical state in concrete pouring process and a new method of calculating pressures is suggested. The pressures distribution on the form for continues concreting and concreting in lifts are analysed and the proposed design curves are shown in this paper.
