我国边境省区入境客源市场结构及开发战略研究——以内蒙古自治区为例 被引量:21

Structure of the Overseas Tourist Market and the Development Strategy in the Frontier Provinces and Autonomous Regions in China ——A Case Study in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

摘要 分析边境省区内蒙古入境客源市场的时间结构、空间结构和消费结构,得出结论为内蒙古入境旅游人数年际增长趋势缓慢,客流季节变化较明显;客源市场主体边境性和市场集中程度高;以边境商贸旅游为主的游客停留时间较短,整体旅游消费水平较低,旅游总创汇占全国比重较低。依据21世纪来华旅游者需求新变化,结合内蒙古的实际,从旅游市场定位、旅游产品开发、旅游开发空间布局、旅游产品组合、旅游形象、旅游促销等六大策略提出了内蒙古入境客源市场开发战略,以期促进内蒙古国际旅游业的持续、健康发展。 Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is in the frontier region and its overseas tourist market is mainly based on the border tourism differing from the general one. The study on the overseas tourist market in the autonomous region is of significance. In this paper, a case study on the change of the temporal structure, spatial structure and tourists’ consuming structure of the overseas tourist market in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is carried out. The conclusions are as follows: (1) The increase of overseas tourists is slow, and the seasonal change of tourist flow is fairly obvious. The peak of tourist flow appears in December when the border trade is the most active, because the market of border trade and tourism is dominated by entry touring, accounting for 90% of the total overseas tourists. (2) The spatial structure shows some distinctive characteristics. Firstly, the main part of tourist market has the strong border property, and the market is very concentrated. Secondly, the tourist market depends strongly on Mongolia and Russia. Lastly, the stability of development of international tourism is poor. (3) Overseas tourists make a short stay in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The tourists’ consumption level is low, so the proportion of touring exchange in the whole country is rather low. This paper also explores the change of the demands of overseas tourists in 21st century. Combining with the characteristics of the international tourist market, some measures of developing the overseas tourist market in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are put forward in the paper, including the development and integration of tourist products, spatial distribution of tourism development, etc. It is hoped to promote the sustainable development of international tourism industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
