摘要
本文论述了延长粉末冶金压模寿命的两种方案———改进热处理工艺和选用新材料。以Cr12型钢为例,改进传统的热处理工艺,能够改善材料的性能,从而延长模具的使用寿命。
Two approaches of improved heat treatment modification and use of new material to prolong service life of P/M dies are described. For Cr12 As a sample the improved heat treatment is able to enhance the performance of the steel, and thus prolong the service life of P/M dies.
