为了进一步推进污水回用事业的有效发展 ,从思想认识、政策法规 ,管理规划及工程技术等方面 ,就协调推进污水回用的具体措施进行了介绍 。
In order to accelerate more effective development of enterprise of waste water reusage further,it introduces concrete measures to harmonize and to accelerate waste water reusage from aspects of idea & knowledge,policy & law,management &planning and engineering technology so as to adopt to new reform.
