改进型腔模结构提高绝缘件的绝缘强度

摘要 KYN□-12型中置柜在试制阶段,柜体相对地的工频耐压试验通不过,问题出在熔管座的绝缘强度不够,发现被击穿零件部位的断面存在大量的气孔。经对零件和型腔模的改进,解决了压制零件过程中的排气问题,提高了熔管座的绝缘强度,使柜体对地42kV工频耐压试验顺利通过。 During trial manufacturing period of model KYN □ -12 built-in cabinet, the industrial frequency withstand voltage test of cabinet to earth can not be passed, the problem was found out with insufficient out isolation strength of the fuse base, finding out that there are a lot of air holes on the sectional surface of the parts broken through. After improvements on the parts and impression mould, they solved air discharge problem during parts punching process, raising the isolation strength for the fuse base which enabled pass of 42kV industrial frequency withstand voltage of the cabinet to earth.
