三次采油用耐温抗盐聚合物PF2的合成与性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用胶束聚合的方法合成了驱油用聚合物PF2,研究了引发温度对聚合物相对分子质量的影响及极性单体、疏水单体、表面活性剂对聚合物在盐水中表观粘度的影响,进一步评价了该聚合物的热稳定性与聚合物岩心驱替实验。实验结果表明:疏水单体与极性单体的含量分别在0.4%与5%时,该聚合物驱油剂PF2具有很好的热稳定性与增粘性,其性能可满足聚合物驱油的要求,具有较好的驱油效果。 Polymer PF2 used in oil displacement can be synthesized through micelle polymerization. Influence of temperature on polymer molecular weight, and influence of polarity monomer, hydrophone monomer and surfactant on apparent viscosity of the polymer in brine were studied in this paper. This paper further evaluated the polymer's thermal stability and polymer core displacement test. The test result shows that the polymer oil displacement agent PF2 has very good thermal stability and tackifying ability, and its performance can meet the requirements of polymer oil displacement with quite good displacement effect.
