鞍钢新 1号高炉采用的高温长寿型内燃式热风炉在炉衬选材和结构设计上包括了多项先进技术 ,如悬链线形炉顶结构、变断面“眼睛”形燃烧室配矩形陶瓷燃烧器、独特稳定的长寿型板块式墙体结构以及高效格子砖组合技术等 ,有望实现 1 2 5 0℃高风温和 2 5年以上炉衬无检修的目标。
