摘要
阐述了农电系统县级城市配电自动化建设的实现模式,包括配电自动化系统的总体结构模式、馈线自动化(FA)控制模式、配电主站模式、配电子站模式、配电终端、通信方式及一次设备选型等。分析比较了几种典型的FA故障自动处理技术方案,即FA就地控制方案、远方控制方案、远方与就地控制相结合的不同技术方案的评估和应用情况,并推荐一种适用于县级城市配电自动化的基本模式。
The importance of distribution automation system in county level of countryside power system is introduced. It discusses that, based on the characteristics of distribution network how to decide the mode of distribution automation and some factors of this mode, such as system total frame, FA (feeder automation) technique schemes, distribution master station, substation, distribution terminal, communication system, primary equipment switch. Three kinds of typical FA technique schemes different applications are analyzed and evaluated, including local control, telecontrol, local and telecontrol incorporated. Lastly, a basic mode which accommodates to distribution automation in county level is recommended in this paper.
