摘要
网格计算的推广应用,需要各种资源和服务的支持。在自强2000集群系统上,采用基于OGSI的GT3网格技术,实现PETSc的网格服务,提供PETSc源程序的编译及PETSc并行作业的管理功能,用于在网格环境下为远程用户解决各种复杂的科学计算问题。
Popularization of grid computing requires support of various resources and services. Introducing the OGSI-based GT3 grid technique in Ziqiang 2000 cluster system, the paper presents implementation scheme of PETSc services in grid environment, which provides PETSc compiling and PETSc job management services for remote users, and can be used to solve the complicated scientific computing problems.
