Automatic Recognition of Biochip Based on 2D Hough Transform

摘要 在分析生物芯片图像特点的基础上,提出了对图像分块进行2DHough变换识别芯片斑点并自动调整圆心半径的方法。同已有技术相比,该方法不需要人工介入,并且算法中采用了学习的方法,大大减少了计算时间。实验结果表明,该方法有着较高的识别率。 With considering the features of the biochip, 2D Hough transform and automatic center adjusting are used in the algorithm. For the studying method using in the algorithm, it can reduce processing time and realize the automatic recognition of the spot.
