摘要
对不同聚酯工艺端羧基产生的原因进行分析,认为在PTA直缩法聚酯工艺中,端羧基产生的主要原因是反应不完全、剩余羧基进入最终产品。结合生产实际分析认为高端羧基聚酯对提高直纺长丝可纺性、实现聚酯高负荷生产有利。
After analysis of the end-carboxyl producing reason for different PET process,we get the conclusion of the main end-carboxyl producing reason is the incomplete reaction in PET process by PTA direct polycondensation meth- od.Considering by connection of the actual production practice,we think that the high end-carboxyl is of benefit to improve the spinnability of the direct-spinning filament and to realize the PET production at high load.
