摘要
通过对碳化硅冶炼炉中石墨电极的分析,说明生产运行时,电极发热超过600℃就要氧化,因此电极冷却是保证碳化硅冶炼炉正常运行的必要条件,提出了经济实用的电极冷却方法。为了防止循环冷却水系统结垢,对水质进行分析、精确计算,提出了循环水补充水方案,经实践证明是经济实用的可行工艺技术。
Analysis of graphite electrodes in silicon carbide furnaces has shown that the electrodes will be oxidized when temperature in over 600℃.So it is indispensable to keep the electrodes from overheating for operation of the silicon carbide furnaces.An applied method of electrode cooling technique is presented in this paper.To avoid scaling.
