摘要
为了更好地将模拟退火算法应用于三相异步电动机优化设计中,本文分析了模拟退火算法的优点和局限性,针对其搜索过程慢的缺点,提出了改进模拟退火算法的思路和具体实现方法,并通过两个经典数学函数检验了新算法的性能。在此基础上,将改进模拟退火算法应用于三相异步电动机优化设计中分别以有效材料成本最小和效率最高为目标进行了优化设计。结果表明,在不改变电动机的结构设计和制造工艺的情况下,基于改进模拟退火算法的优化设计能显著减小材料成本和提高电动机效率,具有工程实用价值。
In order to apply simulated annealing algorithm more efficiently to the optimum design of three-phase induction motors, the merit and the shortcoming of simulated annealing algorithm are analyzed. Aimed at the deficiency i.e. the tardiness of the algorithm, a new thought of improved simulated annealing algorithm and concrete method to realize this thought are provided to improve this algorithm. The validity of the new method is confirmed by the test on two classic mathematic functions. Then the improved simulated annealing algorithm is applied to the optimum design of three-phase induction motors. The results showed that the optimum design based on improved simulated annealing algorithm can cut material cost and increase efficiency greatly when the structure design and manufacturing craft are unchanged. The new algorithm has the value of project application.
