摘要 气缸盖是柴油机主要关键零件之一,粘砂曾一度成为气缸盖主要缺陷,直接影响柴油机性能。通过对粘砂形成机理分析,对水夹层泥芯砂筛选,科学配方,通过生产实践,成功解决粘砂问题,提高气缸盖质量,确保柴油机优良性能。 Cylinder head is one of the key components of diesel engine. Burnt-on-sand, which directly affects engine performance is the main defect Through analyzing the formation of burnt-on-sand and selecting the core, the burnt-on-sand problem has been successfully solved. Hence the head quality is improved and to ensure the good engine performance can be ensured.
