摘要
独立电网供电广泛用于石油钻探、舰船、企业小型自备电站和野外作业等各种行业,这些系统由于发电容量的限制,对非线性负载的扰动抵抗能力比较差,电网电压的供电质量受到严重影响。本文提出一种采用主动控制方式实现电压质量控制的装置,它充分考虑了独立小电网系统中严重的谐波扰动、电压凹陷、瞬间失电及供电频率波动等各种电压质量问题,提出了以瞬时无功功率理论为基础的软锁相技术解决同步、相位锁定、电压幅值恒定等具体保障电压质量的控制技术,并对在频率变化时的谐波定义、计算方法进行了讨论。最后通过系统仿真和实际实验验证了作者的观点,取得了良好的电压质量控制效果。
It's gaining widely application for independence-net power supply system in oil drilling field,ships,standby power station of a factory and outside working etc.As the limit of generated electrical capacity,the power quality can easily effects by non-line load in power-line.This paper presents a voltage quality controller with use of active control method,and make full consider for the problems which may be happen in independence-net power supply system such as harmonics,sags,short time out-supply and frequency change etc.A soft phase-lock technology based on instantaneous reactive power theory was suggested to solve the synchronization,phase-lock and to get constant voltage amplitude etc.and also the harmonics definition,calculating method on situation of frequency change was discussed.At the end,it give the simulation and experiment results to support the viewpoint of auctorial.
