摘要
研究了由饱和电抗器和二极管桥式整流器组成的大功率可控整流系统中自耦变压器第三线圈加装的谐波滤波器参数的计算问题,分析了这种整流机组谐波电流和感性电流的大小,以及此种滤波器参数的设计分析方法。根据一般的滤波器设计原则,分析、比较了某电解铝公司一、二期系列整流机组谐波滤波器参数的设计值及其滤波效果。研究结果表明:谐波滤波器品质因数Q对滤波效果影响很大。对于由饱和电抗器和二极管桥式整流器组成的大功率可控整流系统一般Q值约取2,最好小于2,其中滤波电阻应小于10Ω。
The parameter calculation of harmonic filter which is added in the Autotransformer's third coil is investigated.The harmonic filter in the large power controlled rectification system is constituted by sat-urable reacter and diode bridge rectifier.The harmonic current and inductive current of rectification set,and the method to design the filter's parameters are analyzed.According to the general filter's design princi-ple,the parameters and the effec of harmonic filter in the rectification set of an electrolysis aluminum company's first and second period project are analyzed and compared.The results indicated that the filterabil-ity depend upon the quality factor Q of harmonic filter largely.For large power controlled rectification system which is constituted by saturable reacter and diode bridge rectifier.Q should be about 2,smailler than 2 is bet-ter,and the filter resistance should be smaller than 10Ω.
