The environmental protection industry is not only the progressive civilization achievement of human society but also the important material security of the sustainable development of economy. With the development of economic construction and environmental protection cause, the environmental protection industry has now become a special global industry. This paper discusses the factors which restrain the development of environmental protection industry and presents the financial policies which are needed to solve the problem of accelerating the development of environmental protection industry.
