摘要
以氯氧化锆替代传统液体无机酸为催化剂,由乙酸酐和β-萘酚催化合成了乙酸-β-萘酯。较佳合成条件为:乙酸酐0.0275mol,β-萘酚0.025mol,氯氧化锆0.4g,油浴温度80℃,反应时间60min,产率达97.5%,产物色泽好,后处理简单,催化剂易回收后可重复使用5次以上。
β-Naphthyl acetate was synthesized from acetic anhydride and β-naphthol using zirconylchlo-ride as catalyst to replace conventional liquid acid. The yield of β-naphthyl acetate was 97. 5% under the optimum conditions: β-naphthol 0. 025 mol, acetic anhydride 0. 027 5 mol, zirconylchloride 0. 4 g, reaction time 60 min, reaction temperature 80 ℃. The after-treatment of the product is simple and the color of the product is excellent. The catalyst could be recovered and reused for more than 5 times.
