摘要
以苯甲酸和苄醇为原料,SnCl4·5H2O为催化剂,在微波辐射下合成了苯甲酸苄酯。最佳反应条件:醇酸摩尔为5:1,催化剂用量1.2g/0.04mol苯甲酸,微波辐射功率464w,辐射时间6min,酯化率82.6%。
The benzyl benzoate was directly synthesized from benzoic acid(BA) and benzyl alcohol with SnCl4·5H2O as catalyst under microwave irradiation. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: microwave power 464 W, irradiation time 6 min, the molar ratio of alcohol to acid 5:1, SnCl4·5H2O 1. 2 g/0. 04 mol BA, the yield was up to 82. 6%.
