The Architecture and Design Characteristics of Pudong New Area Cadastral Management Information System

地籍信息是城市信息系统的重要组成部分,地籍管理信息系统是数字城市的核心应用系统之一。为了便于进行房地产的统一管理,上海浦东新区建设局利用GIS技术进行地籍管理信息系统的建设和开发,介绍了该系统的建设背景以及系统的体系结构及其设计特色。

Cadastral information is an important component of municipal information, and cadastral management information system is one of the core applications during city informatinization. To manage land resource and real estate using a uniform platform, Shanghai Pudong New Area Construction Bureau developed a Cadastral Management Information System based on GIS technology. In this paper, firstly the system's background is described, and then, its architecture and design characteristics are introduced in detail.
