槲皮素对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌caspase-3基因蛋白表达的影响 被引量:10

摘要 为观察槲皮素对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌细胞半胱氨酸蛋白酶 3 (caspase 3 )基因蛋白表达的影响 ,采用大鼠急性心肌缺血模型 ,应用免疫组织化学PAP法检测caspase 3基因蛋白的表达 ,并用图像分析系统进行定量分析。发现 :大鼠急性心肌缺血后心肌细胞caspase 3基因蛋白表达明显增强 ,槲皮素预保护可降低caspase 3基因蛋白的表达。提示 :槲皮素对急性心肌缺血损伤有保护作用 ,这种保护作用可能是通过抑制心肌细胞caspase 3基因蛋白的表达实现的。 The aim was to study the effect of quercetin on the expression of caspase-3 in acute myocardial ischemia (AMI). In the rat model of acute myocardial ischemia, the expression of caspase-3 was investigated with immunohistochemical method. The expression of positive cells were measured by image analysis. The expressions of caspase-3 in the AMI group are higher than the sham group, and quercetin could inhibit the expression of caspase-3 in AMI rat. It suggest that quercetin could significantly inhibit the expressions of caspase-3 in AMI. It may be the one of protective mechanisms on impaired myocardium.
