南宁海关人力资源优化管理系统的设计与实现

Design and Implement of Human Resource Management System of Nanning Customs

采用 ASP、SQL、JSP、VB、Java Script网络混合编程技术和 ACCESS2 0 0 0数据库 ,在 Windows2 0 0 0Advance Server平台上开发出基于 Web方式的南宁海关人力资源优化管理系统。系统有工作日志统计、工作日志审核、工作日志增删改、数据分析等 8个功能模块。系统用于采集南宁海关总关机关以及 11个隶属海关和 10个隶属缉私分局的各类岗位人员的工作量数据 ,并进行自动整理和分析 ,给出分析结果 ,供南宁海关调整全关区的机构和人员配置 ,优化人力资源。

ASP、SQL、JSP、VB、JavaScript and ACCESS 2000 database are used to develop a human resource management system for Nanning customs on the platform of Windows2000 Advance Server.The system consists of eight modules such as working log and data analysis,and provides good services to the management of the customs.
