融资租赁是以“融物”的形式来实现“融资”的目的。融资租赁业在我国发展过程中仍存在着不少的问题和困难 ,要发展好国内的融资租赁业 ,需从政策、立法、信用、人才培养和租赁形式等多方面入手提出对策 ,推进我国融资租赁业的健康发展。

Financing rent is to realize “financing money” through the form of “financing material”. There are many problems and difficulties in the course of financing rent industry's development. To develop financing rent industry in China, measures should be taken from policy, law, credit mechanism, talented person education, and renting forms to promote the development of financial rent industry in China toward a correct direction.
