构皮滩水电站枢纽布置的优化调整

摘要 构皮滩水电站是乌江梯级开发中规模最大的控制性工程,是"西电东送"的重要组成部分,枢纽由大坝、坝身泄水建筑物、泄洪隧洞、引水发电厂房系统和通航建筑物等组成。2001年12月该工程可行性研究报告通过审查,2003年11月该工程正式开工建设。在招标设计阶段,结合本工程具体条件和国内外水电技术最新成果,对枢纽布置进行了一系列优化调整,取得了较好的技术与经济效益。 Goupitan Hydropower Station is the largest control project in cascade development of the Wujiang River,is also an important part of the project'sending power from west to east'.Its pivot is composed of dam,spillway structures on the dam body,spilling tunnel,headrace tunnel system,underground powerhouse and navigation structure and etc..The feasibility study report of this project was examined in December 2001,and the project was formally being construction in November 2003.During the tendering design period,combining with concrete conditions of the project and the newest technology results in home and abroad,the writers done a lot of works to optimize the pivot layout,and obtained some benefits of both society and economy.
