摘要
为研究He Ne激光辐照对平菇菌丝体的影响,本实验采用低剂量He Ne激光处理平菇菌丝体,从形态水平和生理生化水平进行分析.结果表明:与对照组相比,He Ne激光辐照平菇菌丝体后菌丝体的生长速度加快、生长势增强、DNA含量增高、子实体生物学效率显著提高.
In order to investigate the effect of mycelium which was radioated by the He-Ne laser.The mycelium of P.ostreatus was exposed to the He-Ne laser in this experiment We observe and study the variation on the level of structure and physiological or Biochemical metabolic activities. The results indicated that compare with group CK, the growth and density of mycelium were enhanced, the content of DNA and production were increased.
