心肌肌钙蛋白检测临床应用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 在过去 2 0年中 ,心肌肌钙蛋白检测的敏感性和特异性均取得了显著的进步 ,这使它们逐渐取代心肌酶成为诊断急性心肌梗死 (AMI)的金标准 ,并导致AMI定义发生戏剧性改变。随着研究的深入 ,心肌肌钙蛋白又被用于急性冠脉综合征患者的危险性分析和指导治疗 ,大量报道认为心肌肌钙蛋白可以鉴别高危人群 ,而使他们因早期进行抗血栓、抗血小板等治疗而受益。本文对心肌肌钙蛋白检测的临床应用予以综述。
