近年来 ,醛固酮在维持人体正常生理功能及在心血管、肝脏和肾脏等疾病发病中的作用日益受到重视 ,其合成酶成为研究的重点。本文综述了近年来醛固酮合成酶在基因、结构、调控以及临床相关疾病方面研究的新进展。

Previous studies indicated that aldosterone plays an important role in normal physiological function and pathogenesis of cardiovascu lar disease,hepatic fibrosis and renal fibrosis.In this view,we summarize the cu rrent knowledge on physiological function and biochemistry of aldosterone syntha se and aldosterone synthase gene.
