刺激下丘脑前部减压区对大鼠脑区和血浆中神经降压素含量的影响

摘要 应用放射免疫测定法,研究了电刺激下丘脑前部减压区对大鼠脑区和血浆中神经降压素含量的影响。结果表明:①下丘脑神经降压素含量明显升高(P<0.05);②垂体,尾核和脑桥的含量显著减少(均为P<0.05);③血浆中神经降压素水平明显升高(P<0.01)。提示神经降压素可能参与电刺激下丘脑前部减压区减压反应过程。 The effects of stimulating anterior hypothalamic decompression area oncontents of neurotensin in brain areas and plasma in rats were studied byradioimmunoassay.The results were as follows:The contents of neurotensinwere significantly increased (P<0.05) in hypothalamus but reduced inpituitary,corpus-striatum and pens (all P<0.05).The levels of neuroteninin plasma were also raised (P<0.01).The results suggest that neurotensinmight be involved in the decompressive response to the stimulating of theanterior hypothalamic decompression area.
