摘要
提出了一种基于Pro/E、ADAMS和ANSYS软件的装载机工作装置虚拟样机实现方案。以装载机的初始设计方案为基础,建立工作装置参数化实体、运动学仿真和有限元分析模型,并用遗传算法进行寻优。
The paper offers a kind of realization scheme for virtual prototype of bucket-tipping device of loader with Pro/E, ADAMS and ANSYS software. On basis of initial design scheme of loader, parameterized entity of bucket-tipping device, dynamic simulation and analysis model for finite element are established, and optimization is made with genetic algorithm.
