摘要
介绍了NH4HCO3 、H2 SiF6和NaCl制氟化钠的新工艺 ,并研究讨论了各因素对产品质量和收率的影响。实验表明 ,当n(NH4HCO3 ) n(H2 SiF6)配料比为 6 .2~ 6 .4时NaF产品质量不会受到影响 ;当反应温度为70℃、NH4F浓度为 2 6 %、反应时间为 2h时 ,NaF收率在 90 %以上。
A new process is presented for the manufacture of sodium fluoride from NH_4HCO_3, H_2SiF_6 and NaCl, and the effect is studied and investigated of various factors on product quality and yield. Experiments indicate that when the mixing ratio of n(NH_4HCO_3)n(H_2SiF_6) is 6.2~6.4, the quality of the NaF product will not be affected; when the reaction temperature is 70 ℃, NH_4F concentration 26%, and reaction time 2 h, the yield of NaF is over 90%.
