摘要
本文报道胸部结节病15例。临床主要表现为上呼吸道症状及浅表淋巴结肿大。主要X 线表现为两侧肺门及纵隔淋巴结肿大并肺实质和间质性改变,并介绍了本病的X 线分期及少见X 线征象。对11例患者进行了随访。
15 patients with chest sarcoidosis are reported.The significant clinicalfeatures were symptoms in the upper respirator ytract and superficial lym-phadenopathy.The radiologic characteristics were hilar and mediastinallymphadenopathy asscociated with pulmonary parenchymal and interstitialchanges.The radiographic staging and unusual manifestations of thoracicsarcoidosis arc deseribed.11 of the patients were followed up.
