摘要
目的 制定小儿化痰止咳颗粒质量标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法对处方中的麻黄碱、吐根、桔梗进行定性鉴别 ;采用高效液相色谱法对盐酸麻黄碱进行含量测定。结果 样品浓度在 0 0 4~ 0 2 0 μg·mL 1范围内 ,浓度与峰面积比有良好的线性关系 ,重现性RSD =0 71% ,稳定性RSD =0 66% ,平均加样回收率为 99 44 % (n =6)。结论 该方法简单、快速、准确 ,可作为小儿化痰止咳颗粒的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a quality standard for xiaoerhuatanzhike granules. Method Ephedrine, ipecacuanha, radix platycodi in xiaoerhuatanzhike granules were identified by TLC.Ephedrine hydrochloride in the granule was determined by HPLC. Results The linearity of ephedrine hydrochloride was good within the range of 0.04-0.20 μg·mL -1. The RSD of repeatability and stability were 0.71% and 0.66%,respectively, and the average rate of recovery was 99.44% (n=6). Conclusion This method was shown to simple, convenient and precise, and can be used as a quality control for xiaoerhuatanzhike granules.
