油墨作业人群早期健康效应分析

Analysis on the health effect in early stage among working population exposed to printing ink

目的 了解油墨生产环境对作业工人早期健康的危害。方法 对 3家油墨生产和使用企业进行了 3a跟踪分析 ,其环境毒物浓度对 3 2 6名接触人员健康效应进行统计学分析。结果 连续 3a临床检查 ,发现多项症状发生率增加差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 油墨作业人群早期效应与接触作业环境存在一定联系 ,应定期体检 ,保障健康。

Objective] To explore the health effect in early stage among working population exposed to printing ink. [Methods]3a follow-up study was carried out on 3 printing ink producing enterprises. Statistic analysis was made on the effect of toxicant concentration on 326 workers' health. [Results] 3a clinical examination indicated a significant difference in the increase of the occurrence of several symptoms(P<0.01).[Conclusion] The health effect in the early stage among printing ink-exposed workers is somewhat related with the working environment. Regular physical examination is necessary to protect workers' health.
