摘要
用辣根过氧化物酶(H R P)逆轴突标记法,研完了成年大白鼠中脑中央灰质外侧区的传入联系。将HRP 注射到中央灰质外侧区后.可见到标记的神经元核团有:外侧丘系核、楔状区、二叠体旁核、黑质密带、丘脑底核、未定带、丘脑网状核、束旁核、丘脑腹内侧核大细胞部、Forel 氏H_1区;下丘脑背内侧核及腹内侧核、下丘脑前核、视上核、视前大细胞恢、视前外侧核、第三脑室室周灰质及隔外侧核;脑桥首尾侧网状核、被盖网状核、小细胞网状核、中缝大核;脊髓背角RexedⅡ、Ⅲ层。针对这些核团,就脑内镇痛系统的形态学基础进行了讨论。
The afferent connections of PAG of 20 rats were studied byexperiments using the method of retrograde tracing with HRP.The resultswere as follows:The labelled neurons were found in the cuneiform area,lateral lemniscus nu,parabigeminal nu,substantia nigra compact,subtha-lamic nu,zona incerta,thalamic reticular nu,parafascicular nu,magno-cellular part of thalamic ventral medial nu,Forel H_1,dorsomedialhypothalamic nu,and ventramedial nu,anterior hypothalamic nu,supraoptic nu,preoptic magnocellular nu,preoptic lateral nu,periventricularnu,lateral septal nu,pontine oral and caudal reticular nu,pontinetegmental reticular nu,parvocellular reticular nu,rephemagnus nu,andRexed Ⅱ,Ⅲ of dorsal horn of spinal cord.The anatomic basis of easingpain with acupuncture is discussed.
