加快成都现代物流产业发展的对策措施

Policy and Measure to Speed up the Development of Modern Logistic Industry of Chengdu City

从成都社会经济发展的水平出发,从加快成都发展、实现中国共产党成都市第十次党代会提出的奋斗目标的需要出发,本文深入分析了成都物流业发展的现状及存在的问题,提出了成都加快现代物流产业发展、构建西部重要的现代化物流中心的思路、目标与对策措施。作者就构筑西部物流中心提出了要统一规划,分段推进,引进第三方物流企业,构造物流信息中心等措施。

view of Chengdu City’s social economy development level, speeding up Chengdu’s In development, and realizing the grand aims suggested in the 10th Congress of Chengdu City of the Communist Party of China, this paper deeply analysed Chengdu’s logistic industry development and the existed problems. Then, the idea, goals and measures to speed up the development of Chengdu modern logistic industry, constructing important modernization logistic center in the west of China are presented in this paper. In addition, a program including general planning, phased developing, introducing the third part logistic enterprises, forming logistic E information platform, etc. is suggested.
