城市出租车有偿使用制度初探——以太仓市为例

Initial Research on City Taxi Rewarding Use System

因政府对出租车数量进行控制,导致出租车行业存在“租金”,也就是出租车经营权价值,其价值的体现为出租车有偿使用费。本文对出租车有偿使用制度的出让方式、出让定价、出让年限和有偿转让等作了初步研究,结合江苏太仓实际情况,确定太仓出租车有偿使用办法。

For the reason of the government limitation of taxi number in city, there exists “taxi rent” in the taxi industry of China, which is also called taxi management right worth as an embodiment of rewarding use of the right. By the example of Tychang City taxi industry, the remised mode, the price, the taxi number of each year, and the rewarding way are initially discussed in this article.
